How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are delivered within 14 calendar days from when your order is processed. If your order is delayed for any reason, Graber Customer Service Representatives will contact you.

How much does shipping cost?
Orders shipped to addresses in the 48 continental United States:

  • No additional cost for standard sized blinds.
  • $45 shipping charge for all blinds over 96" in width and for vertical blinds over 96" in width and/or height.

Orders shipped to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii:

  • $50 shipping charge for standard sized blinds.
  • $85 shipping charge for all blinds over 96" in width and for vertical blinds over 96" in width and/or height.

The color that I want to order a sample of says "Sample not Available." How can I order a sample of that color?
